1. Acceptance of these terms

6. Content you provide

7. Paid features

Except where required by law or stated at checkout, completed purchases are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for cancelling subscriptions before renewal.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, erotix.chat and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, profits or goodwill, or harm arising from another user’s conduct. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify erotix.chat and its team against claims, losses and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

14. Resolving disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Disputes will be handled by courts with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another process.
