One clear boundary: erotix.chat is for consenting adults only. Content involving minors, coercion or exploitation is never allowed.
1. Scope
This policy applies to video, audio, profile information, messages, reports and every other interaction on erotix.chat. It is part of our Terms of Service. Context matters, and examples below are not exhaustive.
2. Adults only
You must be 18 or older, appear as yourself, and ensure that no minor is visible, audible or otherwise involved in your use of the Service. Accounts or sessions involving a suspected minor may be ended immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
3. Consent and sexual safety
Sexual or suggestive interaction is permitted only where it is lawful, consensual and involves adults. The following are prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, age-play intended to present a participant as a minor, or attempts to solicit such material.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera content, sexual coercion, sextortion or threats to publish intimate material.
- Sexual violence, trafficking, exploitation, grooming or content promoting these acts.
- Continuing sexual conduct after another user expresses discomfort or asks you to stop.
4. Harassment and harmful conduct
Do not threaten, stalk, bully, blackmail or encourage violence or self-harm. Hate speech or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics are not allowed. Graphic violence, credible threats and instructions intended to facilitate serious harm are prohibited.
5. Privacy and authenticity
- Do not expose another person’s private information or share their intimate content without permission.
- Do not record, screenshot or rebroadcast a chat without the consent required by applicable law.
- Do not impersonate another person, use deceptive prerecorded footage or misrepresent your identity to defraud or harm someone.
6. Illegal and commercial abuse
Do not use erotix.chat to buy, sell, arrange or promote illegal goods or services. Spam, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, fraudulent investment or romance schemes, and unauthorized commercial solicitation are prohibited. Sexual services may not be advertised, purchased or arranged through the Service.
7. Platform integrity
Do not use bots, scrapers or automation to access the Service without permission. Attempts to evade bans, manipulate matching, probe other users, bypass safeguards or interfere with the availability of the Service are prohibited.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, we may warn a user, end a session, limit features, remove content, suspend or permanently ban an account or device, preserve relevant evidence, and notify payment providers or law enforcement. Severe violations may result in immediate action without warning.
9. Reporting a violation
End the chat and use any available report or block controls. You can also email info@erotix.chat with the subject “Safety report.” Include the approximate date and time, what happened and any non-sensitive details that can help us identify the session. Do not email illegal sexual imagery.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. erotix.chat is not an emergency service.
10. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, email info@erotix.chat with the subject “Moderation appeal” and include enough information to identify your account and the decision. Repeated or abusive appeals may not receive a response.
